Better Business A+ Rating
If a business has been accredited by the BBB, it means the BBB has determined that they meet accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. Candidates for BBB Accreditation are vetted carefully. Our rules stipulate that before becoming accredited, businesses must first: be registered with their Secretary of State; have any necessary licensure; be free of any patterns of complaints or government actions – or unanswered/unresolved complaints with the BBB; and have been in operation more than one year. Accreditation is voluntary, and businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB Accreditation. Accredited Businesses must agree to abide by the principles of the BBB.
